Nov 2019: Berkeley House is awesome!! I love the size of my apartment! My roommates are awesome and so is the staff! Lots of community events and great amenities! Review from Google
Sep 2019: It has been great so far. I really love the location of the apartment because I can take back roads to get to places rather than taking the busy roads. Review from Google
Aug 2019: I just toured this place and was blown away! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The entirety of the property was incredibly clean and safe, with it being gated. The rooms felt very homey and it is definitely one of the best apartments I have seen in the college station area Review from Google
Aug 2019: My daughter lives at the Berkeley House. I am so thankful she chose to live at this housing. I am totally satisfied with her experience and we are happily signing her lease renewal for the 2019-2020 school year. I feel confident that she is in a safe environment. When I visit, everyone is extremely friendly. I am happy to know that the Berkeley has rules concerning their tenants and their guests and they uphold those rules. Any complaints or questions, the friendly staff is always there and ready to help you. If you are looking for a fun, safe, and quiet place for your college student to live, I would highly recommend the Berkeley House. Review from Google
Jul 2019: This is my second review on this apartment complex mainly because I’ve been having a lot of recent bad experiences at this place that I feel need to be brought up. So I’m currently a resident at Berkeley House who is in the process of moving out just like any other college student at the end of July, so because of that my mom drove from Houston to help me pack and move. As she came in she decided to park out by the pool...I didn't see this as an issue mainly because a lot of other residents were also doing the same, I even saw other residents bring in an entire Uhaul truck. Anyways while my mom and I were In the process of bringing boxes down from my apartment, we walked down to the parking spot and found her car to be missing. We both freaked out and thought her car had been stolen or something but soon found out it was getting towed. As we walked up we asked why we were getting towed and the guy simply said the front office called it in Review from Google
Jul 2019: I recently went to tour this place and instantly fell in love. The staff is super friendly and the amenities are great. If you go to tour ask for Alex Stebel because she really enhanced the experience for me and made me want to live there even more! Highly recommend Review from Google
Jun 2019: I signed a lease for the upcoming school year and I regret doing so. My sister lived here for the 2018-2019 school year. I visited her apartment multiple times and I am not very fond of this place. I dislike that the gates are always open and very accessible. I don't even live here and let me tell you how easy it was to walk into the building. It didn't even have to call my sister to open the gate. This is a safety hazard for those who live here and want to feel safe. There is no locks on the gate and the main gate doesn't even close. What is the point of having gates if they're not being utilized? Also, I always see children from the next door apartment always trying to steal bikes. I have seen them with my own eyes and shooing them away never seems to stop them from trying to steal the bikes. They are always riding up and down the garage. That is a safety hazard for people who are coming in and out of the garage Review from Google
May 2019: Berkeley House is the most incompetent and greedy apartment complex you'll find in the College Station area. Frankly, it's honestly embarrassing; save your time and money and go to another place. Someone I know asked specifically if she was able to sublease - multiple employees at this location said that she was able to, and she went home for the summer assuming that she was fine. In the middle of the summer, AFTER they assured her she was fine, they claimed that they did not accept subleases and that she was liable for a re-letting charge equal to 85% of the month. This is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional - the fact that they're so persistent about collecting this money is laughable. Review from Google

May 2019: This is a very nice apartment complex, very modern, spacious in the rooms, and awesome kitchen. Management has always been very nice but for some reason sometimes lack communication. I was Gone for about a month and came back to an apartment where the front gate never closed and the doors wouldn’t open even with a key. Needless to say it would have been nice to atleast have gotten an email about that situation. I’ve never encountered any issues with the apartment itself, I love the way everything looks and how it’s all laid out, the only reason I truly wont want to live here again would be because of the high rate and location. For a 4x4 I pay close to almost 700 a month and it doesn’t help that we don’t get a bus route so have fun trying to get to class if u don’t have a parking pass. For that price I can live at north gate and atleast be able to walk to campus. If this isn’t much of an issue to you I would recommend this place if you’re looking for something newer and nicer Review from Google
May 2019: Berkeley House is amazing! They truly care for the residents here and understand any problems you may have. They try and succeed at making the apartment complex feel more like a community by hosting events for all of us. I would suggest this apartment complex to anyone Review from Google
Mar 2019: Move in was great! Lot of help to unload stuff. Was very helpful. I wish the instructions to move in were much clear. Review from Google
Mar 2019: This semester started off good. The rooms and closets were nice. However, my sink fell through the hole in the countertop and the drainage system broke. What disappointed me was the fact that the installments on the sink were PLASTIC and not metal. I spoke to the maintenance man and he said that they were rushing to get things up and running during the summer. Also, my two wooden rails in my closet fell down because the things that held them in place were also plastic. I requested for both rails to be fixed but the job was half complete because they only fixed one rail. Now my other one has fallen down and it’s difficult to hang things up. I was hoping they would come through on their promise to make Berkeley House a bus stop or find some transportation system, but they did not. I just transferred to A&M and I now have to pay to park every time I go to class. We also don’t have mailboxes yet Review from Google
Dec 2018: Management is excellent and very friendly! Maintaining is very slow and doesn't do a very good job. Also, the train tracks are right across the street which doesn't bother me but let this be a forewarning. Review from Google
Nov 2018: I just stand outside it to catch wifi because my phone slow due to me moving to another state n data running low but it's an nice view Review from Google
Nov 2018: They don't deserve 5 stars. I was told that I would be getting a fridge in my unit when I signed. After moving in, they said that only "certain units" would get it, when clearly in the pictures it shows a fridge with a filter. The shuttle problem is still not resolved, its been more than a month - get it together. I called in several times in the summer, they kept saying they're working on it - are they really? Lastly, the printer issue. There is only one printer, that's fine (i guess) but the fact that it always has some sort of issue is really irritating. One of the treadmills wasn't working last time I checked? Even when I emailed them about it, they didn't respond. It's either they are oblivious of what is happening in the apartment or simply just don't care. The management is nice, but I don't recommend this place at all. The only good th Review from Google
Nov 2018: I haven’t signed with them yet, but I had requested information from them and within 20 minutes someone called me and helped me. If this is how they run their apartments they are doing a great job. Update coming after I tour this place!(: Review from Google
Oct 2018: I wouldn't recommend living here at all. The unit itself is nice but you can tell they were done very sloppy and fast. I know this building is brand new but I was told in February 2018 when I signed that they were "ahead of building schedule" which was obviously a lie if they had to rush to not even finish all units but get them done enough towards we could move in. There were several things that were in the contract and promised when I signed that I still have not received. I've been moved in for over a month and we still haven't gotten our mail box keys. This apartment was supposed to be on the Aggie Spirit bus route and if not we were told they'd have their own shuttles to take residents to and from campus and of course that didn't happen. The front gate of the complex doesn't even work so it's completely open to the public and not safe at Review from Google
Sep 2018: Very impressed with Berkeley House. Great amenities and the best appliances I have seen in student housing. Review from Google
Aug 2018: Very nice apartments but it’s as if the owners didn’t think about the location when building these apartments. We’re right next to a very busy street. The walls are so thin that you can hear every single car that passes by. Don’t even get me started on the train. Additionally, since they were scrambling to finish the apartments before the school year started, the staff was not prepared to accommodate all these people. They did not take the time to make sure every account was accurate. My account was overcharged and when I called and asked where all these charges where coming from, they had no idea. They then told me to pay what we had agreed on when I signed my lease. After I moved in, I went and returned the inventory papers and they hit me with,”Your account says you still have a remaining balance .” I had to explain myself sever Review from Google
Aug 2018: They did not promise a bus route but they made residents believe that it was possible and that they would receive one. They only find out 3 WEEKs before school begins that it’s not even possible to build one. Residents can’t purchase a parking pass now. They also insisted that they were 3 months ahead of schedule and our move in day is just 3 days before school starts but we still have to pay for August. Very disappointed and literally out of luck now. Review from Google
Jul 2018: We have called and called without a response back on a monday mid-day. They tried to change the contract that was already signed by both parties. They also only seem to contact us when it is beneficial to themselves and to change the contract at will. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Super friendly and helpful staff! They offer a lot! 10/10 Review from Google
Feb 2018: The leasing staff is very kind and are quick to help with any issues that come up Review from Google
