Feb 2019: GREAT location (especially if you’re an engineer), facilities, and staff! I love living here! Work orders are completed quick as well! Review from Google
Feb 2019: Love this place. I have been living here for a semester already and I love the location. The amenities are good, but the gym could use some more equipment and I find cigarettes in the pool. Not that bad and the cigarettes are from the residents and the staff does an okay job at cleaning. I deducted a star because I was hoping that the aspire community would be bigger and hold more events like Northpoint crossing. Most of the problems residents have are easily resolved by talking to staff. Review from Google
Feb 2019: The front desk staff at Aspire are so nice and really helpful. You can tell that they genuinely want to do whatever they can to ensure that you have a good living experience at Aspire. Also the maintenance staff is amazing and super fast when addressing maintenance requests- which is so important when your washing machine fails. Review from Google
Feb 2019: ASPIRE DELETES BAD REVIEWS! My truck was broken into this month. Their garage gate is constantly being left open, so their 'gated parking' isn't as advertised. I attached a picture showing day 4 of it being open. They close it, then open it and forget about it all over again. Really easy to get into the garage. Would be a 3 star but, I remember reading a review about the bad entrance that wasn't addressed (still a small dip in front) until 7 months later and the review was gone. I plugged Aspire into the way back machine and it says a review was deleted. Censorship! Review from Google
Jan 2019: How horrible. They need new management immediately
Jan 2019: Don’t recommend, tons of undisclosed hidden fees. The management DOES NOT MAINTAIN THE BUILDING. Extremely disappointed and disgusted to walk over vomit over and over since maintaine never cleaned it up. The trash by the elevators piles up and the smell is so strong before they pick it up. They NEVER vacuum the hallways, clean the grills nor the gym. The grill ALWAYS has stucked on food.
Jan 2019: It’s a new building, great location but not worth the price. Horrible maintenance. They charge you if one accidentally locks themselves out, good luck getting someone to help if it occurs after hours. The pool water full of bacteria. They don’t properly clean the pool or grill area. You will bet staff infection if in contact with dirty gym equipment. not worth the price of the rent. Don’t recommend!!
Dec 2018: STAY AWAY!! Signed a lease with aspire but they somehow overbooked their units by more than 90 people! They have offered to let us out of our lease (how generous). Amazing how you sign pages of binding legal documents to enter into a lease that would practically take an act of God to get out of and they can just break it because their rental process and organization is terrible. It is too late to get the best rates anywhere else. Thanks for the horrible experience! Review from Google

Dec 2018: Ik a lot of people are frustrated with some small things on here but on the real tho this is the best place I’ve lived in. Not gonna lie when they first opened there were a few things here and there that needed work. But since then I honestly have no complaints. The location is by far the best in all of college station where you can literally roll out of bed and make it to class in less then 10 min. Elevators may be slow when classes are out but that’s 100% normal. The amenities are up to standard and have a great view. But most importantly the staff in my opinion are pretty chill. They are really helpful and give away lots of free stuff. I’ve literally made friends with every single one of them. Oscar, Cheyenne, Willy, Taylor, Sarah, Christian, Karis, Erika, Heather. I’m sorry if I forgot anyone! Thank y’all for keeping up with my n Review from Google
Nov 2018: Bait and Switch! The one way to describe the business strategy of this establishment. They will be extremely friendly in order to get you to sign the lease. However, the moment you do, they will not move a finger in order to assist you. Make sure you read the contract as it is full of hidden fees and charges for ridiculous reasons. They charged my unit $125 dollars for not tying up the trash bags "properly". They have a very sketchy business practice, which is sad considering they're ripping off poor college students. Will not live here again, or let any of my friends do so. *and most of the 5 star reviews is because they give you a free shirt etc. if you do so, take them with a grain of salt*(here is a picture of how clean they keep their elevators) Update: After writing this review a couple of things have changed. Oct 2018: Definitely across College Station, this complex boasts the best amenities. The facilities are beautiful and brand new. I was particularly impressed by Jamal, who gave us a tour of the model units. It didn’t feel like he was trying to sell to us, which stood out from the other complexes we had toured. He was friendly but also very knowledgeable and willing to explore our options. Review from Google
Oct 2018: We took a tour with Jamal, he was awesome! Great experience, he was really helpful and friendly. Definitely made me take Aspire into consideration for next year Review from Google
Aug 2018: Luxury Living? Where to begin... When I moved in, I instantly noticed how the building was far from finished. Paint stained carpet, rooms without signs, and residents getting paint on their clothes after leaning against a wall they didn't know had freshly been painted. I moved in early, so these details seemed acceptable at the time, but things only got worse as my time here progressed. Starting with the things I noticed right away about my room. My room has an island in the kitchen and bar stools up against it. A nice feature right? Except for the fact that there is literally no overhang so if you want to sit at the island you basically have to do the splits if you want to be anywhere close whatever is on the counter. All the shelves in the closets and laundry rooms are far too high for anyone of an average height to use with ease. I am 5 Review from Google
Aug 2018: Edited!!!! I still give a 5 star rating, but I added what happened 3 days ago and how it made me feel. Because I took it very serious! No one should ever have to deal with what I dealt with. This is an incredible place to live! This is day 5 for me and I'm all in! Move in day really showed how it will be a family type atmosphere here....it didn't matter who you were, we all jumped in (where we could fit in of course because it was packed) lol...but we helped each other. "Team work makes the dream work"...all the staff is great! Sarah helped me when I moved in and she had great communication and very professional! I had a small miscommunication with the telecommunications team but Ms. Cheyenne the leasing manager fixed it for me, she's awesome! And Mrs. Erika (head manager) is involved!! B/CS is a good place to live but some of the unit manage Review from Google
Aug 2018: Amazing place to live in! The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are superb, the staff are wonderful people and the location is the best in town! Review from Google

Aug 2018: Aspire likes to play music all day at their pool. You can actually hear the words of the music. When telling the manager about it, I was told she had to utilize this expensive sound system in a rude tone. Very unprofessional. She did lower the volume as it was blaring, however, even at a low volume, you can still hear it crystal clear inside your apartment. Being so close to the pool floor, I asked if I could move further way due to noise before move-in day. I was repeatedly told that these walls are very insulated and that I would not hear a word. I am currently listening to Eminen rap in Rihanna’s song Monster at 2:30 AM. Wonderful. So luxurious. Other than that, great building! Review from Google
Jun 2018: Went in to tour cause I'm looking around for the spring since I'll be abroad this fall and don't need a 12 month lease. As soon as I walked in I felt unwelcomed because no one was at the front desk and the manager who made eye contact with me as soon as I walked in waited till I was just standing around at the desk to get up and come greet me. Basically didn't care about me because I wasn't interested in signing a 12 month lease and tried to get me to just go ahead and sign because they're "filling up fast". Asked me to take a seat while they waited for the elevator to come down so I could go on a tour, and once it did come down, THEN they asked me to fill out an information card which could have been done as soon as I walked in and was already sitting there waiting. The employees practically played hot potato with who was gonna take me on the Review from Google
Jun 2018: The leasing agent, Heather, was very helpful and informative during our tour (loved the free Tiff's Treats as well!). Really appreciated their helpfulness on the phone as I filled out the online application! can't wait to move in this fall! Review from Google
Jun 2018: Aspire is by far the most eloquent and modern high rise in college station. It’s a 3 minute walk from campus and in the heart of north gate. The amenities are endless and the staff is accommodating. I cannot wait to move in. Review from Google
May 2018: Friendly staff, great location and amazing experience! can't wait for Fall of 2018 to move in, there are very high expectations and I cannot be more excited to live here! Review from Google
Jan 2018: Cannot wait to move here for my last year in College Station. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, the facilities are clean and their attention to detail is outstanding. These are the most beautiful apartments I have seen. Review from Google
Dec 2017: Took my daughter on a visit to these beautiful apartments. She fell in love with the spacious layout and the staff. The staff made her feel at home, so it goes without saying my daughter will be a resident 2018!!!!! thanks again to the staff for a great visit. My daughter is in good hands..... Review from Google
Dec 2017: I toured pretty much every place in college station for housing. It got to the point where my Mom had to intervene so I could make up my FLIPPIN’ mind! Lord knows Mama’s approval is everything, so she came down here and toured the exact same properties with me. All hope was lost... until we walked into Aspire’s office. All of the staff stood up to greet me... the office was also nice and warm feeling. Did someone say, warm welcome in the winter? Well I’ll be! My mama immediately looked at me, pinched my cheeks, and whispered “I think we’ve found the place.” I told her that I felt the same. Our wonderful leasing agent, Taylor, led us through the tour. Now you might be asking yourself, why would you go tour a place that’s not wen built yet?!?! You can’t even see what the place gon’ look like! Well, let me tell you this... the Review from Google
Dec 2017: What a great place 😃 to live, and convenient to everything. It’s one of the best places we’ve visited. It’s a must see 👀.Don’t take my word for it. Stop 🛑 by and see for yourself. The staff is so amazing & friendly. Your gonna love it hands down. My daughter is moving in next year. It’s a parents dream. We couldn’t have picked a better place. 😍 Review from Google
