Hi, Loading...

Feb 2017: Just re-signed for my fourth year, so you know something must be right about this place. The location is fantastic, just a short bike/bus ride from campus. Super quiet complex in general. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Super easy to get packages from the office, not to mention they have great hours. Maintenance staff is usually very responsive and normally do a quality job. The only downside is the proximity to the railroad tracks and constantly having to listen to the train, but after a while, you just get used to it. Review from 2/24/17 on Google
Feb 2017: Lived here for multiple years so far, and love it. The maintenance staff responds within the day, the residents are very friendly, and the apartment staff does very well with apartment roommate matching and holding social events for the student community. I love the pool and workout room options, and the basketball court is nice. It is located pretty close to the train which is loud, but you get used to it. The rooms are very spacious with balconies for a very good price. Review from 2/13/17 on Google
Feb 2017: I have lived here for 2 years and I will be living here for 1 more year. The maintenance is awesome and always address work orders the same day. The manager and CA's are always nice, helpful, and professional. The price is very reasonable considering how close to campus it is located. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Oct 2016: Lived here for one year because of the cheaper price for a furnished apartment. The apartment itself was a typical apartment in good condition given that it has seen plenty of tenants. The location next to the railroad tracks isn't the best, but bearable. The staff is friendly and I have never had a problem with delivered packages. Maintenance was fast whenever I had an issue. Management is fair, but inconsistent with notifying people with roommate updates. Review from 10/23/16 on Google
Sep 2016: Be careful. *It is near railroad tracks. *By the second year of residence here, my son and his roommates had begun to experience really slow response times about things like broken air conditioning problems. *Currently, it has taken two months to get a refund check for a rent overpayment back in July 2016, and the complex is about to automatic draft my son's account for September rent. Unbelievable. You have to sign an annual contract. Review from 9/6/16 on Google
Aug 2016: I lived at Aggie Station my for the past two years, and overall it was a pretty good experience; not quite a five-star one, but I’d give it four-and-a-half if I could. The staff were always extremely friendly whenever I dropped by the office to pay rent or pick up a package. I always paid rent in person, as the online system charges a convenience fee, which is a little behind the times. My upstairs neighbors were terrible, and at one point during the year started dropping their trash bags down onto our patio. I talked to the staff, but since (at the time) I hadn’t actually seen them do it, there wasn’t much the staff could do about it, which I sort of get. Review from 8/28/16 on Google
Apr 2016: Lived here for two years and never had any problems. Great location and the property is well maintained. Review from 4/10/16 on Google
Feb 2016: Nice property never had any problems. Sometimes the repair people are pretty busy. Review from 2/1/16 on Google

Aug 2015: Management is literally dumb as rocks - at first you will think they are following some sort of policy but then you realize they are actually that dumb. Amenities are average for the city. Maintenance will close your work requests without actually fixing the problem. MOLD is prevalent everywhere. Apartments used to be nice, but poor management and poor upkeep combined with increasing rent puts this place in the gutter. Review from 8/21/15 on Apartment Ratings
Feb 2015: Good apartments for college kids, not perfect but has everything you need Good: maintenance is usually quick and friendly, furnished, laundry in unit, close to campus, on a bus route, usually quiet Bad: the rent increases every year (about $20/month), electric not covered in rent, the floors are pretty worn out, windows aren't well insulated (I get a breeze in my room if the wind is blowing right, it's hot on the third floor and we aren't supposed to set the ac below 72 for risk of freezing the unit (ridiculous) Review from 2/2/15 on Apartment Ratings
