Aug 2019: Love everything about this place from the great staff to the really nice, well furnished apartment! Wish I lived here earlier! P.S. 4.9 out of 5 needs more gummies P.S.S. 4.89 out of 5 needs more hot tub P.S.S.S. 4.95 out of 5 great lobby music! Review from Google
Aug 2019: I've lived here for a year and plan to stay here until I graduate. The place is really nice and the staff that works there is always really helpful and courteous. Whenever there's a problem the maintenance takes care of it pretty fast even when its after hours. the pool is nice and the gym is convenient. There's usually snacks and drinks in the office which is a huge plus for me. 10/10 would raid their office again. P.S - Put more gummies for snacks Review from Google
Aug 2019: As someone who moved around a lot, I'm used to not caring about where I live and how I live. That was originally part of the reason I chose Museum Walk to being with, it was quiet and close to the University of Florida and that was truthfully all that mattered to me in the beginning. However, as time went on I grew attached to the community. Brittany, the property manager, is an awesome person that really goes above and beyond in trying to help her residents. Jenna and Maya, leasing specialists, were also very helpful and knowledgeable about the various aspects of the community including nearby bus routes. Dee, service manager (or whatever she choses to be), is awesome at fixing your problems. She always treats every maintenance issue as if it were own home and give you the best service possible. If you're looking for help with an issue or just looking to talk about hot tubs for a few hours, the staff at Museum Walk is always there and ready for you Review from Google
Feb 2019: This place is amazing to live in. Staff and customer service are always one of my priorities when it comes to where I live and Museum Walk excels in those departments.
Feb 2019: Brittany who works at the leasing office is SUPER kind and helpful!!! Such a great place
Nov 2018: This apartment complex is absolutely amazing. The staff is so sweet and understanding. They get to know you on a personal level, which is refreshing after having a terrible dorm and apartment experience before this one. My allergies are extremely bad, and I have lung issues. I let Danielle know prior to moving in and she gave me a new mattress and replaced the carpet for me without me having to ask. The rooms are large and the closets are amazing. The kitchen has a lot of usable space. My roommates and I were able to each get our own cabinet and drawer, plus a few shared spaces. The pantry is also very large. If washer and dryer are a concern, don't worry. I have a big fluffy comforter that fits with room to spare! (Honestly my description doesn't do this place justice. You definitely need to tour it!!) There are at least 6 buses that head to Review from Google
Oct 2018: Im a current resident of Museum Walk and it has been an amazing experience living here. The entire staff has a great vibe and sense of community. One of the members that stands out to me is Kaleb. He was my leasing specialist and was very informative on everything that surrounded the property and living at Museum Walk. He has taken the time more than once to help me. One time my kitten got stuck in a crevice in the apartment and he came over and spent well over 30 minutes trying to coax the kitten out of the hole and didn't leave until we got him out. Not to mention this was while he was off the clock, so he had no obligation to help me out. In addition, the location of the apartment is amazing. I'm 10 minutes tops away from where ever I want to go, and there are ample bus routes for getting to and from class. The rooms are spacious, and havin Review from Google
Oct 2018: Looking for an apartment for grad school while having absolutely no prior knowledge of the Gainesville area was a bit nerve-wrecking. I made a one-day trip to scout apartment complexes; Museum Walk was the first visit on my list and I was instantly sold. I absolutely love living and it's all thanks to the amazing staff that work hard to make it so. The buildings/units are incredibly clean and well-maintained. It's very quiet here with ample parking. We do have some trouble with creepy crawlies and Danielle is well-aware of my phobia so she works really hard to make sure pest control stays on top of the issue. I also had a random roommate assignment and Danielle did an A+ job matching me. I don't know how I'm going to find another neighborhood on par with this one after I graduate and move back home! Sep 2018: I moved in around the beginning of August and have been living here for roughly two weeks. I must say, the location is absolutely perfect, I am minutes away from all the shopping I need to do yet there is also privacy due to being located on a quiet street with lots of greenery around. There is also a bus stop directly behind the property making travel to classes seamless. The units are quality and quiet as well since I have not heard neighbors after the first week of move in. The staff is extremely friendly and I have not had any problems with this place so far. I will update otherwise, however I highly recommend Museum Walk! Review from Google
Aug 2018: Out of all the apartments I've ever lived during my college experience this was the best apartment hands down. If I could rate it 10 stars I would. The management and maintenance is superb! I had some crazy roommates and they acted so professionally with helping me go through it. The rooms are HUGE and you will never find any rooms as big as the ones they offer for the price. It's close to the gym and has good bus routes. The neighborhood is quiet and is quite literally a hidden gem. All in all, great apartment complex!! Review from Google
Apr 2018: I've been here for a year. At first, it was just a beautiful location. But as I began visiting the office more with all the free amenities they supply, I grew an attachment to the retro style of the community. Special thanks to the community manager Danielle, she actually cares about being good at her job; plus she bakes dope cookies Review from Google
Jan 2018: Lived at this complex for 3 years and loved every minute of it. Experienced a couple of different property managers, but Collier definitely picked the right people for the job. Everyone was polite and helpful from move-in to move-out. Maintenance was terrific. Whenever a problem arose, it was fixed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend living here if you are looking for an apartment near the University of Florida. Review from Google
Jan 2018: I moved in to Museum Walk Apartments just a few weeks ago. After the first phone call with one of the leasing specialists, I got the needed information on pricing and extra information, with a follow-up email with the discussed facts. I later went through an apartment walk-through and was explained more in person what it is to be expected of. A huge thank you to Zachary, the leasing specialist who actually took the extra step and walked around the property to show me the bus stops and other needed information. The leasing offices are quite responsive and very organized regarding emailing and phone calling as promised. All the contracts and signed papers are neatly polished and written with no 'small font miss outs'. Moving in was exactly as I expected, clean room with a few undone details that aren't even worth mentioning. Since being new to Review from Google
Aug 2017: I spent a year living there and it was a great time. Dee, Adam/Larry, and Pat are amazingly nice people and willing to do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. The pool is nice, decent workout room, and all of the neighbors were chill... definitely not a bad place to be if you can afford it. Review from Google
May 2017: Totally recommend them! Every thing about this complex is awesome! The management is amazing, they are very friendly and professional. Maintenance is the best I have ever experienced. Apartments are quiet, spacious and well-maintained. I am leaving town now, but I had a great experience here. Review from Google
