Subleasing a room in 2/2.5 in College Park Apartments of Gainesville. Includes your room, balcony, and all common areas. My current roommate is willing to cover the sublease fees etc. The room and living areas can come fully furnished or with no furniture. Also, you have the option to move in as early as December (if so must cover December rent). Unit comes with washer and dryer.
Utilities/Internet are not included. Monthly utilityfees typically range $-$, depending on the ⌚time of year. Internet is $/month. Parking is offered by College Park for $/month. City of Gainesville Street Parking is also an option.
The apartment is 2 blocks from the Stadium and right behind Midtown. GREAT LOCATION, 🚶 walking distance to just about everything. The Unit is pet-friendly, however, there is a 🐕 pet deposit required by the Landlords.
Would prefer students or working professional. The other room will be occupied by a 👨 male student. Open to 👩 female + 👨 male.
