I&#;m looking to sublease starting in May and ending in July . Cabana Beach has amazing management and is really close to Butler Plaza. There are three 🚍 bus routes that go to UF that stop right at the apartment complex. Currently, my 🏆best friends (all 👩 girls) live there with me, but two will be going home for the summer and the third is super friendly and accommodating. The unit comes with a balcony, washer/dryer, dishwasher, private bathroom, huge 📺 tv, and is fully furnished. Parking and utilities are also included, and there is a clubhouse with a 🏊 pool, gym, study room (with computers) and free coffee! I also paid extra for the top floor (so you never have to hear loud footsteps) and a 🚶 walk-in closet. PM me if you&#;re interested!
