Hi, I’m looking for a 👩 female to sublease my apartment at Cabana Beach. It is the closest building to both the 🏊 pool and the gym, and also to the 🚌 bus stop. This is a big plus especially if you don’t have a car. By the way, the 🏊 pool is the biggest of Gainesville and there are also 🍔 grills around. Lots of young people live here so it is perfect if you want to start your journey in Gainesville. The complex is pet-friendly. There are also 3 study labs that are open hours with computers and free printing. After pm ID is required to enter which makes it super secure. There are 🚌 bus routes to go to both Santa Fe and UF.
My contract expires on July , but you can renew if you want. It is a furnished 2/2 on the 1st floor, so you’ll have your own bathroom. You’ll only share common areas. My room has a little hall which gives you some extra space and there is already a desk in the room. AC and hot 🌊 water work perfectly. September rent is paid so you can move by August th. If you need to move before that day let me know so we can arrange something. Rent is $ and that includes utilities.
