I am subleasing my 1/1 unit in a 4/4 apartment in Cabana Beach Apartments! It is both close to Santa Fe and UF, with busstops right outside the complex! The unit is furnished and you have your own bathroom! Other amenities provided by the complex is a gym, a large 🏊 pool with lazy river, study area’s and common chill area’s (see pictures).
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
