Due to my health I am no longer able to keep this apartment. I feel like I get a lot for a low price (considering the prices for other locations in gainesville) 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom.
This apartment is not pre-furnished. You&#;d have to get your own internet and GRU account also. If you have a pet, 🐕 pets are welcome but you&#;d have to pay an additional fee and "pet rent". There are no roommates you&#;d have to share this apartment with, making it perfect for families, anyone who wants their own place with a friend or a whole apartment to themselves. The rooms and living areas are all very spacious and This apartment has an in unit washer and dryer and is a second floor apartment so there are stairs. (But not many). There&#;s a CVS, Dollar general, Dominos 🍕 pizza , Steak n shake and other stores within 🚶 walking distance. 1.5 miles away from stands hospital & about 2 miles or a minute or less 🚌 bus ride away from campus on 🚌 bus . On the weekdays the 🚌 bus comes every minutes and on the weekend it runs even hour. There is parking lot free for anyone to park. Any questions feel free to contact me, I&#;ll be glad to answer.
