I am moving from my off-campus student housing 4x4 apartment. I had already signed the renewal lease, but I am unable to remain in the unit for the renewal lease. The unit is all 👩 female, 🐕 pet friendly and newly renovated. I had locked in the renewal lease at a lower rate, so that will be a bonus compared to the market rate at the moment. The property has a 🏊 pool, gym, rentable 🚴 bikes, dog park, and a close by 🚶 walking trail. In addition, there is a campus 🚌 bus strictly for the property for UTSA student s to use.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
