If you&#;re looking for a place to stay this summer (June-August), we have a completely furnished (plus washer/dryer) 4x2 open to a group of students. We prefer these students already know and trust each other.
The home is by Rutgers Ave ( min form 💛 UCF in car and a very quiet & safe neighborhood), and included in the monthly payments are rent, utilities (capped), and Netflix. Depending on the room, rent ranges from $, plus utilities if consumption goes over the cap.
