I am moving from my off-campus 4x4 unit apartment. I had already signed the renewal lease but unfortunately I won’t be able to stay for the renewal lease due to personal inconveniences. The unit is all 👩 female, 🐕 pet friendly, and newly renovated. I had locked in the renewal lease at a lower rate, so that will be a bonus compared to markets rate. The property has a 🏊 pool, gym, rentable 🚴 bikes, and a close by 🚶 walking trail. In addition there is a campus 🚍 bus strictly for the UTSA students as transportation for when they arrive at campus.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
