I am looking for someone to sublet my lease starting on May 1st or June 1st through the end of the lease (July th) At Park Place Tempe. I share a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with 1 highly motivated 👨 male student, so you have a private bedroom and private bathroom all fully furnished.
My roommate will be out of town most of June and all of July, leaving the entire place to yourself for most of the lease. This unit also comes with a furnished balcony and parking is included with the $ lease payment. Utilities are not included but are about $/month.
I am willing to pay the entire $ sublet fee AND I am offering a $ signing bonus for whoever agrees to sublet my lease.
