The unit is all 👩 female, pet-friendly, and newly renovated! I had locked in the renewal lease at a lower rate, so that will be a bonus compared to market rates right now. The property has a 🏊 pool, gym, rentable 🚴 bikes, a dog park, and close-by 🚶 walking trail. In addition, there is a campus 🚌 bus strictly for property goers even though this property is practically a block away from UTSA campus. This room and the living room are both furnished.
