Great apartment, within 🚶 walking distance of 💛 UCF and many stores like Walmart, CVS, Dollar Tree, etc. Within the apartment, its a shared kitchen, living room, laundry room, and balcony with 3 roommates. Oven/stove, ☢ microwave, ⛄ fridge, washer, dryer, couch, dining table all provided. In bedroom: full xl bed, desk and chair, full length mirror, nightstand, and large dresser. Bathroom has a bathtub too. The closet is a good size and the walls are thick, I never heard my roommate who was in the room right beside mine. Within the apartment complex (less than 2 min 🚶 walk from my building), there is a large 🏊 pool, tennis/basketball court, office (for any questions), gym, and study lounge. Apartment is 👨👩 co-ed and 🐕 pet friendly.
