Currently there is one person occupying the room adjacent to mine. To my knowledge he will be here for the remainder of this year plus next. He is quiet, 🎇clean, and friendly. Room shares common area with one roommate, includes shared kitchen with plenty of space. New appliances installed as of Fall (Dishwasher, ☢ microwave, ⛄ refrigerator, Stove). Utility room also included in shared common area with Washer and Dryer.
Room comes with the following furniture: Bed (plus mattress), Desk, Nightstand, Dresser, Chair (not the one pictured). Ethernet port located near desk. Room includes small closet with mirrors attached to each door. Private bathroom attached to room (no shower curtain included).
