Looking for someone to sublet the end of my lease after I graduate in may! Lease would go from May 1st - July st . I am a 👩 girl in a 2x2 with my friend who is a 👨 boy. 👨👩 coed or no 👨👩 coed he is fine with both. Roommate does have a cat. The apartment has washer and dryer in unit, private bathroom, and is on the third floor all amenities are included besides 💡electric which you can pay on their app Simple Bills. I do pay an extra $ a month for a reserved parking spot and around $ a month for renter&#;s insurance, with everything I pay around $ a month, but if you sign the lease you can change renter&#;s insurance and cancel parking. Great apartment, very cozy and I was very happy to live there. :)
The Verge has many commodities including a beautiful resort- style 🏊 pool, gym, 5 minutes away from 💛 UCF campus, and has a 💛 UCF🚍 shuttle going back and fourth every minutes during the weekday to campus!
