Location is at the Aves right off campus from 💛 UCF. Apartment is on first floor. Moving out for summer so looking for someone to take the remain 2 months of the lease June and July. I will be returning after so it will only be a two month stay. Rent includes utilities and no cap on on it. Hit me if your interested or want pics or more info
