It’s located close to University of South Florida, Advent Health Tampa, Moffitt Cancer Center and Busch Gardens. The house was completely remodeled last year, with all new appliances, and new bathroom fixtures. There is ample parking off Street both on the semi-circular driveway and in a protected driveway along the side of the house. The backyard is fenced in and there are several patio areas. There is a separate bonus room which could serve as an office or second family room area. Tenants are responsible for 💡electric,cable FIOS, and water.
