I just signed a lease on a standalone townhouse in Home Park right across the street from 🌉 gatech. I&#;m looking for a roommate (any gender) to split it with me! The townhouse is one floor - there will be no upstairs or downstairs neighbors.
The house includes...
- 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- a den which can be used as a third bedroom
- a shared living room and dining room
- a full kitchen
- a front porch
- a back patio with backyard and garden (great for cookouts!)
- in-unit laundry
- off-street parking
- some storage in a garage
There are a few different ways for us to divide up the floor plan, so there is some flexibility on the price. The landlord MAY be flexible on the move-in date.
I&#;m looking for someone who is is reasonably 🎇clean and quiet, respectful of shared spaces, and ok with some small get-togethers at the apartment. When I&#;m not working, I like working out and playing music.
