1 Bedroom/Bath in 4 BR with Balcony available at THE STANDARD, August , close to NCSU on Hillsborough St. Unfortunately, my 👩 daughter is not able to move into her apartment at The Standard in Raleigh and we need to find somone to take over the lease. The unit is the top (3rd floor) unit that is shown in the picture. This is a very desirable unit at The Standard (Unit ) because it has the full wrap around balcony that overlooks Hillsborough St. and it is unfortunate that our 👩 daughter is not able to move in there. We have had some unfortunate circumstances that have caused us to have to make other living arrangements for her.

You will have to go through the main office to do all the paperwork and to get full approval. Rent is currently paid through August, but if you would like to move in immediately then we can see if that can be arranged.
There are currently 3 other 👩 femaleroommates and we would be looking for another 👩 female.
