I will be furnishing the common areas of the apartment, so you will only need to furnish your own room.
The apartment is a 2B/2B at The Clairmont at Trinity. The building opened last year so it&#;s super new and no one has lived in the unit before. You would have the bedroom and bathroom to yourself.
Rent would be $/ mo + half of utilities (power, 🌊 water,internet, etc) + half of the deposit. There would also be some initial fees and steps required by the leasing office.
Community Amenities: Fitness center, 🏊 pool, 🍔 grilling stations, resident lounge, game room, Amazon HUB Lockers for Package Receiving, and more

A little about me: I grew up in Los Angeles, California and this is my first ⌚time living in another state. I am more of a night owl and like to sleep in when I can, but I can also wake up bright and early if need be. I take school seriously, but also like to go out, have fun, and explore around me in my free⌚time.
