The Cottages at Woodsong ( Woodsong Ave) are newly built townhouses, and the current tenants living there are the first ones ever so the place is in really good shape! You would get a private bedroom and bathroom, as well as a 🚶 walk-in closet. There is a washer and dryer in unit as well as a full kitchen and parking space available outside. I&#;m looking for someone to take over my lease for the year, starting August th. You would be living with two other 👩 girls! They are both rising juniors and very tidy people. None of us have moved in yet since the lease starts in August, so the previous tenants are still living there and unfortunately, the property isn&#;t allowing tours at this ⌚time but the photos are of an actual unit from when we toured.
