I am a student in the MBA program at UNC and currently stay in the Morgan. The complex is very professional friendly as my neighbors are either in the business school, law school, healthcare and/or nursing programs. 🐕 pets are welcomed and even celebrated on some holidays, especially during the summer.
I am currently looking to sublease ( or transfer the lease of ) my apartment in the complex for the summer. I have a one bedroom, one office and one bath on the third floor and I currently pay $ per month excluding utilities. If you decide to sublease for the summer, I would be willing to accept $ per month until the lease is up July 1.
