Hey! I’m looking for a subleaser for my private bedroom at the Marshall in Dinkytown for the spring/summer around mid-May to august. It’s super close to everything. Target is right downstairs, along with Starbucks, the post office, and a bunch of other 🍔 restaurants. The closest 🚍 bus stop is less than a 5 minute 🚶 walk from the apartment. It’s like a block away. The two other 👩 girls living there are super nice and chill. I should say, there is a dog in the apartment. Her name’s Anna and she’s super cuteee. She’s a cute little pomsky👀
The Marshall also has a bunch of amenities. We have a gym, a 🏊 pool with volleyball nets👀, private study rooms, like 3 courtyards, a lounge area with a 🏊 pool table and a pingpong table.
Our apartment is a 3bed 3.5 bath townhouse so it has two levels (which i think is so unique). It is a corner apartment so there’s lots of windows and light. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment so you don’t have to worry about doing your laundry somewhere else. It’s also one of the only apartments that actually have a hallway where you can put your coat and shoe racks in.
My room has a private 3/4 bath too.
