Your room has a double bed, two cupboards (four drawers in total), a work desk and a chair. There is an individual bathroom and an extra storage room. You share a kitchen with 3 roommates, there is also a 📺 tv and balcony. A dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer are provided. You will have a key to your room.
There is a parking garage, swimming 🏊 pool, mini-golf area, study garden, gym, basketball and volleyball courts.
The roommates are wonderful! They are polite and 🎇clean, I never had problems with them. no pets.
The roommates are all 👩 girls, and I will only sublease the room to a 👩 girl.
