Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Pointe, they are advertised as student housing but will happily house anyone who isn’t a student (or is older than a student!)
The lease ends in July . The apartment is a 4X4 unit with three awesome college-aged roommates. The room that is available is apartment C. You get your own private bedroom and bathroom, in-unit laundry, and a fully furnished apartment. The apartment is also pet-friendly! The amenities include a resort-style 🏊 pool, 🕶️ tanning booth, Starbucks coffee bar, 🍔 grilling stations, two rooftop terraces with panoramic views, residents game lounge equipped with 🏊 pool table, ping pong & flat-screen 📺 tvs, a -hour fitness center, on-site 🌉 gated parking, and a conference/study room with free printing. The Pointe is also within 🚶 walking distance from Texas State University and the Square.
