Vertex is a great apartment complex very close to ASU. Definitely 🚶 walkable to classes and right next to the GLV. Very safe. Apartment is very spacious and I am looking to sublease my bedroom only, in a four bedroom apartment. Every room has its own private bathroom and the apartment comes fully furnished with a full size bed. It is on the 5th floor. This apartment is perfect for anyone who goes to ASU and is looking for almost on campus housing but with more space. My roommates are 3 👩 girls and they are all great! They are super 🎇clean, considerate, and they all go to ASU as well. The base rent for the apartment is $ a month. You will need to have renters insurance which you can either bring with you or they offer it for $ a month. The last cost is we pay for 💡electricity which is estimated to be maximum $ in the hottest months. The total, max amount the apartment will cost is around $, which is WAY less than any other comparable apartment.
