Hello, I am looking for a third roommate in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, townhome. It is a nice and comfy location in Riverview, min to 💚 USF and min to downtown Tampa. The address is Osprey Lake Circle, Riverview FL.
Currently living here: a civil engineer (💚 USF alumni) and a current Environmental Engineering Master student (💚 USF). Both quiet and 🎇clean.
We have an extra room which will be $ per month, with 🌊 water and internetincluded, and 💡electricity being split in three equal parts.
Visits will be available per request and a meeting session will be required prior moving.
