Hi 👨 guys! I am a current junior at ncsu and have a room for sublease in a cute apartment in Brier Creek (it’s very close to the shopping center with everything in it so that’s a plus). The rent is $ but split it’s around $ each. I already have internet set up that is like $ each a month that we can split, and then lights. The complex is so quiet and safe, it’s a great place to live. I have an empty apartment video that I&#;d ❤️love to send if you&#;re interested! The room that’s available is the first one in the video, the room itself is actually bigger than the master, with the bathroom right outside the door. The complex is also 🐕 pet friendly :) If you are interested please message me, I’m looking for someone to move in either the end of September or October 1st.
