- 12 month lease
1 bedroom in 5+ beds 5+ baths.

Hello, my name is Corey Ferner. I am an NC State student currently in apartment in Uncommon Raleigh. It is a 5 bedroom, 5 bath corner apartment. You can look up the floor plan on Uncommon&#;s website along with all of the amenities. 4/5 of us in the apartment mistakenly resigned the lease for next year (August 1st, - July , ). Therefore there is already 1 room left open. The other 4 of us are looking to get out of our leases and sublease them only because half of us joined fraternities and want to live in the fraternity houses next year (It&#;s not because we did not like the apartment. We ❤️love this place!). Ideally if you have a group of 4 or 5 people looking for an apartment, you could snag this deal with an unreal price for rent of $ which you will not find anywhere else. (Price can be negotiable too!) Also if you have 4 people, you could even have an open room to make a guest room as the apartment won&#;t throw a random in there with a group of 4 even if they could find one. Although even if you only have people, you can still sublease this apartment at the same $ rent. This apartment is truly the 🏆best spot to live for its value in my opinion. There is a 🏊 pool, a clubhouse with a 🏊 pool table, a fireplace, 🍔 grills, a basketball court, and a gym. There are booths and rooms to study in if you need silence. There are also courtyards in the middle of the apartments to hang out in and I&#;ll say that I honestly think that this is the 🏆best apartment in the building. This may sound biased but it is the biggest apartment on the first floor with the easiest access out to the 🏊 pool and parking garage. It is also on the corner of the nicest courtyard where you can just climb out your window to get in the courtyard. Anyways please don&#;t hesitate to contact me with any questions or offers at - or
