I’m an engineering student that had some last minute changes and won’t be able to fulfill this lease. The other two tenants are business majors with 1 and 2 years remaining at TAMU. Rent is $ per month and each tenant is responsible for 1/3 utilities. Location is pet-friendly and located right across from the TAMU golf course. Great location, great price, and great company!
