I’m looking to sublease my private bedroom in a 3 bed and bathroom apartment. Apartment is fully furnished and utilities are included in rent .One room is already vacant and the other roommate is leaving in July. The lease is from now till July .I’m trying to leave in July or as soon as any one can take the lease.
