hi everyone! i am looking for someone to take over (relet) my Union Chapel Hill apartment lease for the school year. i live with 3 friendly 👩 girls who are rising UNC seniors.
the unit is a D4 floor plan with two levels, 1, square feet, 4 bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms. you would inhabit your own suite (-C) on the second level. both floors have their own entrance and all rooms lock from the outside, making the space very private. the room is in great condition and is situated directly next to the laundry room.

it is fully furnished and has a spacious bathroom, 🚶 walk-in closet, and high ceilings. it also looks out onto a courtyard. you would be sharing an upstairs common space and downstairs flat screen 📺 tv, common space, and kitchen with 3 🎇cleanly and responsible roommates.
Union is a brand new property and offers awesome amenities such as a 🏊 pool, fitness center, coffee bar, rooftop terrace, study lounges on every floor, a 🚌 shuttle to campus, etc.
the lease term begins on August 1, and ends on July , . rent is $/month, which is a great deal because it is the lowest price point for this spacious unit that usually goes for upwards of $/month. utilities are $/month. if you are interested in bringing a car, Union also offers garage covered parking alongside outdoor parking for a monthly fee.
