This is an awesome place to live for any NC State student. The location is undeniably the 🏆best for an apartment on or off campus. The rate that is listed above is the cheapest one you will find for an apartment located near campus or Hillsboro Street. The reason for this being we were given a good deal when we first signed. There are two other roommates set to live in the apartment. Their names are Justin Cannady and John Bottoms. Both attend NC State and are very 🎇clean. They will keep to themselves if you want, but if you want to form a friendship with them they are very easy to talk to. Anyone who takes over this lease from me will be given $1, dollars by me. My reasons for wanting to give up this lease is so I can transfer to another school.
