Knightshade Student Living is a wonderfully-designed community including a multitude of housing options. I am looking for a relet, someone to take over my rent, for the school year (Aug. -July ).
You will be residing in the Hawthorne property; the most exclusive, largest house in the community. The house is a 5-bedroom property with 5 bathrooms, an enormous kitchen and common area, a grand balcony, and even a loft on the second floor! We are looking for 👩 femaleS ONLY; however, 🐕 pets are welcome!
Bedroom E is notoriously the BIGGEST BEDROOM ON THE ENTIRE PROPERTY, with the LARGEST BATHROOM as well.
Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I can no longer live here at this "luxurious palace" but I am willing to negotiate prices as far as personally paying for part of your rent for the first 3 months!
$ is the total price per month (rent is due on the 1st of each month). This value includes utilities and the fee for living inside the 🌉 gate, which is definitely the smarter, safer route, especially for college students. Parking is easy; first-come-first-serve, however, private parking is available for an extra fee per month.
