This is a super cute apartment for 4 👩 girls with three fully furnished floors, so there&#;s lots of room to spread out. It&#;s a 5 min 🚶 walk to the Wilkinson building, 5 min to the South Campus UVX 🚌 bus stop, and 3 min to the creamery on ninth, perfect for a late-night treat run! This contract is a shared room without parking for the spring/summer term, but with being so close to everything, it&#;s not a problem to get around at all. The ward is absolutely amazing, the people are very friendly and the bishopric is a hoot! If you&#;re looking for a ward that has super fun activities often then look no further! As far as bonus items for the apartment go, there is a brand new washer and dryer right on your main floor, and newly upgrading wifi, fast enough to handle all of your zoom calls.
