- 12 month lease
1 bedroom in 4 beds 1 bath.

Hello! I am seeking a subleaser for August -August , however, there are options to move in sooner if need be.

The house is four bedrooms, but only two other roommates (a couple) live there, and they share just one room together. One large bathroom kept tidy. Washer, dryer appliances, and furniture included in the house aside from a bed frame, but you can request a twin bed if need be. You would be subleasing the largest bedroom, with the most windows/natural lighting. This awesome room also has a door to the kitchen--funny but super convenient. One shared bathroom kept 🎇neat. We got a GREAT deal on this, there&#;s tons of space in the house, big kitchen, big living room, and a nice closet in the bedroom. The house has a full basement, with a bar built in, closets for storage, a guest bedroom for storage and a room that is used as an office (you&#;re welcome to use it for an office/school if need be because I currently do!) I have two great roommates and they have one cat (an ESA) that lives here. :) The house has everything you&#;d need aside from whatever you want to decorate or furnish your bedroom with.

The house is located on West Friendly INCREDIBLY close to downtown and mere seconds from UNCG (🚶 walking distance). We only have one neighboring house to the left of us.The rent is ALL inclusive including cable, high-speed wifi, 🌊 water, and power for $. The sublease agreement is done through Greensboro Student Housing, you would have your own separate security deposit and such, but that is handled securely with GSH.

I am attempting to relocate for personal family and professional reasons sadly, (I ❤️love THIS HOUSE and my roommates! (M and F couple, years old!) but unfortunately already signed my lease for the next year so I am seeking a subleaser again, from August -August , however, if you would like to move in as soon as possible, that is also totally negotiable (hence why the move-in date is set to march)

Please contact me if you have questions, would like photos, or are interested.
