Looking to re-lease/sublease my apartment at Valentine Commons out for the remainder of the year. It is on the th floor with all windows in the apartment facing Raleigh and the associated floorplan is pictured above. I am in unit C and I am looking for someone to take on full remainder of the lease which can be till May or July based on your preference. You will have your own private room as well as a private bathroom. There is also an in unit washer and dryer as well as decent sized kitchen space and living area. I am available to answer all questions about the unit and there is a small degree of flexibility with the rate.
January&#;s payment has already been paid so only 4 or 6 more payments depending on what your preference may be for lease end date.
Only restrictions is that you must be a current student(graduate/undergrad) of one of the following universities:
