Im looking to sublease my apartment because my living situation has changed and I must move away. I roommate with my sister and she will be leaving as well so this is basically 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms open for anyone. Regardless mine is still available. Also, this lease is different than any other lease for the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom because it comes at a cheaper price than any other lease. With utilitiesincluded mind you. Its a very beautiful place with a gorgeous view from the window, a very large 🏊 pool, plenty of wonderful people, parking everywhere, 🌉 gated community with access to unlock the front door from your phone. You can answer doorbells from your phone and let people up from your phone at no extra cost. Control the fan, lights, and air conditioning from your phone.
