I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the upcoming semester in Aspen Heights (Spring )! The unit is on the 5th floor with convenient stair and elevator access. It is a brand new complex that is very nice and I was the first resident to ever live in my unit so it is squeaky 🎇clean! It is around $ for rent with a small cost for utilities usually around $. My roomates are quite literally the 🏆best, so sweet, fun, studious, and great people to share a space with (3 junior 👩 girls). The room is a good size for an apartment and the finishes are nice. Each resident has their own bathroom inside of their unit with a spacious bath/shower. As for the common area, there is a large kitchen with bar stool seating, a large living room with a 📺 tv and L shaped couch, and an in unit washer and dryer. There are also tons of amentities available outside of the unit and some additional still being added.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
