The price is currently less than the normal price at the Verge for a 2x2 as it is normally $/ a month. The roommate leaves on the weekends leaving the common area open for yourself during that ⌚time. The room itself is located on the first floor leaving out the hassle of 🚶 walking up the stairs as well as ease of access. In the common areas is a couch and the roommate does have a 📺 television in the room as well that is free of use. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, ⛄ fridge, and ☢ microwave all included from the verge. In the apartment, laundry is available as there is both a washer and drier included in the place.
