Hi! My name is Rhiannon Walsh and i currently live in The Quad. The complex is really amazing and full of super nice and welcoming neighbors and office staff, often the office will hold a get together or a block party type hangout where you can go and meet new people, eat some really great 🍕 food and enjoy everything The Quad has to offer. Honestly I wish I wasn&#;t leaving but it gives someone else a chance to enjoy the complex. I have 3 amazing roomates: Ashley, Alexis, and Shanice. They are super sweet and funny and they ❤️love to cook and bake. The house always smells super yummy and they probably will invite you to have taco Tuesdays or sundae Sundays with them. I live upstairs in room D which means I live in the 🏆best room in the house! It is the most sound secluded room in the house which is perfect for doing homework and just taking some ⌚time for yourself. The room comes fully furnished which is great for a tight budget or just even for convenience, and a super spacious closet for extra storage room. The bed frame is higher off the floor which allows for a lot of storage space under there as well. The Quad also has some really awesome amenities, they offer 🕶️ tanning beds, a modern 🏊 pool area which is super fun to hangout around, an updated gym and a beach volleyball and basketball court. not only do they have great amenities to offer, the complex is conveniently located on University Blvd. You are minutes away from 💛 UCF campus and not very far from Valencia or Full Sail. University has tons of different places to eat, hangout, go shopping and party if you are into that kind of stuff. Honestly for a college apartment complex, this one is the 🏆best and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
