The town house is located minutes from downtown Athens. It is three stories with the living room and kitchen on the main floor. There are two bedrooms on the second floor and one in the basement. The empty bedroom is on the second floor. We are looking for a UGA student to replace one of our roommates who is leaving in the summer.
