This is my second year living here and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. The community is great and has many amenities from 🏊 pools, gyms, tennis courts, volleyball courts, hammocks, 🍔 grills, game rooms, study rooms, giveaways, free coffee, and fun events! It is even a great place to go on a 🚶 walk or run. It is super close (🚶 walking distance) to campus, CVS, Walmart, Publix, Starbucks, and so much more. I never have to worry about traffic going to campus or any grocerystores. The maintenance here is amazing, seriously. Every work order we have ever submitted has been done in a very ⌚timely fashion, within a few hours and no more than a day. The rooms are bigger than most other places and come with your own bathroom. The AC works more than great. The kitchen appliances have everything you need. There is a large washer and dryer in the apartment. This community is 🌉 gated and safe. There is also a nice balcony that you can sit out on and study, watch the sunset, etc. We also have a big 📺 tv, a 🎮Wii, and a dart board in the living room. My roommates are 3 other 👩 girls, and they are all super welcoming and fun. They ❤️love interacting and doing things from studying, getting ice cream, and playing games. The only reason I am subleasing is due to me having to go back home. I honestly have been so satisfied with this place! You would be able to move in any⌚time after December th, . The lease would go up until July st, . Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns :)
