Hi everyone! I’m currently subleasing my 1 bedroom/1 bath in 4/4 apartment. The complex is located on Alafaya Trail, about 5 mins from 💛 UCF main campus and mins from Valencia College East Campus. The location is near a Wawa, Publix, and Walmart on the same street. There are some nice amenities including the gym, the 🏊 pool and the computer room with free printing. The apartment is close to visitor parking lot for easy access to having guests over. Will cover $ application fee and $ deposit. Message me if interested!
