I have lived in the house for a year and half now and it has been great. Unfortunately I graduate in December and cannot live here for the final semester of my lease. 3 friends and I found the place two years ago and immediately decided to rent it. The rent is very affordable at a month and there is plenty of space for everyone. The location is also great. Being on Reese Street is awesome because you are 🚶 walking distance from downtown and UGA&#;s campus. The neighborhood is very safe and the house is surrounded by other college students. The three other 👨 guys I live with are very easy going and very easy to live with.
The house has a brand new AC unit, a huge back yard, and plenty of space. The landlord is very attentive but also a very nice 👨 guy. Please contact me at any ⌚time if you are interested in the house. The sublease will run from January 1st, until August 1st .
