I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Province for the spring semester starting in January. The roommates are two 👨 males, but the room could be occupied by 👨 male or 👩 female, both work from home so they’re pretty chill. The lease goes until July st, but you can extend further if you feel comfortable. I’m selling the deluxe bedroom with the 🚶 walk-in bathroom. The apartment is 3 minutes away from 💚 USF and a 5-minute 🚶 walk from the Busch Gardens theme park. Rent starts at $ a month for my specific apartment which includes; 💡electricity, plumbing, 🌊 water, and all other utilities. The clubhouse includes; a 🏊 pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table, and a private study theatre.
