She is subleasing her room in a 4x2L starting this month at the Lofts for $/month but she is willing to negotiate the rent and lower it to $ per month for the year lease and pay other fees. You will have your own room but the bathroom is shared. It is completely furnished & Utilities are included. Due to the pandemic, she&#;s unable to move in(since she&#;s overseas right now) and all her classes are online.
