My roommate is also trying to do the same, so if you&#;re looking for somewhere to lease, and with a friend/acquaintance, these are two leases available in the same apartment unit! It&#;s a 👨👩 co-ed 4/2 unit at $/month and they&#;re currently sold out of these apartments themselves.
The Pointe has many great amenities, with free🚍 shuttles, gym, 🏊 pool, volleyball courts, % furnished and all utilitiesincluded. You can be a student from most nearby universities in Orlando (Valencia, Full Sail, 💛 UCF, etc.) I can no longer move here in the fall (along with my roommate) because of my financial situation changing due to COVID-, but it&#;s a great apartment complex and I highly recommend it to any new or returning students at 💛 UCF!
*It&#;s also covered by FL prepaid dorm plans, if that applies to you.
The current roommates are super friendly and cool, you can even talk to them first prior if that makes you more comfortable! If you have any questions at all, don&#;t hesitate to ask
